Our Custom made Products are non exchangeable and not refundable, Custom Orders are made to fit, the Customer Provides her Precise measurement all sales are final.

For items in Stock or ready made items we grant Store Credit or exchange for the Same or Substitute item in stock , upon return of the goods if item is returned within 7 days from Shipment date in Original Condition with tags, unworn, and not damaged.

Clearance items are non refundable but can be exchanged for another item in Stock within 7 days from Shipment date, in Original condition, unworn and undamaged.

Final Sales or Special Clearance items are not refundable, no Cash refunds, no Store Credit, and no exchange, items are sold as it is final Sales.

Some of Our Jewelry come as a Set and the Bracelet, Bangles, and Ring Comes in one Size only, depending on the Particular design some of the rings in the set is adjustable and Some are not and we cannot Change these items for another ring because they all come as a Set in one Size and so should be Sold as a set irrespective of the Sizes, except the Customer wants to exchange the entire set for another then the Client will have to follow the return policy as explained in this Policy.

Before return of an item authorization is required from maysfashionstore(MFS) through e-mail sent to feedback@maysfashionstore.com Client can also call On the phone TEL# 410-484-3182 Customer Service to Confirm receiving the e-mail Sent, message can be left on the phone if the sales Rep is with another Client on the Phone.

Packages Should be Mailed through insured and prepaid US MAIL UPS, Or FEDEX for your protection and to ensure Prompt delivery .Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
