How long does it take for me to recieve my order?

Ready made items take about 10 -14 days for delivery Custom made Clothing designed in United States takes about 3-4 weeks Express delivery of ready made goods are shipped via USPS 1-3 days.

How do I place a Customer order for Attire?

We do not make custom attire, but how ever we could make the Buba And Iro (Long sleeve Blouse and wrap skirt) if you choose your fabric And e-mail Us your size for a sewing fee of $60.00.

Can I make large orders?

When Making Large Orders for resale or Party use inform us 4-6 weeks in advance so that we can ensure availability before the intended time of use, Such Large Orders are sold at a discount Price . If for any reason Buyer wants to Cancel this Large Order, Our Customer Service Should be notified by buyer via e-mail address as shown above and also call Customer Service to Cancel this Order Within 48-72hrs of Making Such Order. If we are Out of Stock of an item Or we don’t have enough to meet the Qty requested by the Client we Could Order the goods from Oversea . If order is Canceled by Client, notifying us 2-3 days will give us time to Cancel this Order before it is Shipped from the Factory. In a Situation the Client fails to follow Our Policy Regarding this Order the Client will be responsible for the goods, except if it has not being Shipped from the factory and it is Over 72 hrs then the Client is entitled to a refund, for goods that are in Stock and already delivered, if the Customer does not want the goods for any reason, the customer Service has to be notified and goods returned in original condition, with tags, and unworn or unused as stated in our Return Policy. (see Return Policy).Orders on Fabric for Special Occasion/resale needs to be made on time.

We have Variety of Jewelries, Solid Gold & Silver, Other terms we use in description of Some of Our Product Should not be Confusing, Gold/Silver Over Rhodium, Gold Filled or Silver Filled Jewelry is the Same as Plating. We also have jewelries made with Brass, Titanium, Tungsten, Stainless steel etc.

Notify us if you are still interested in an item that is out of Stock, send us e-mail telling us the name and item Number at feedback@maysfashionstore.com we will let you know when the item will be available and we will not bill you until you are properly notified via reply e-mail followed by a phone call.

Can Items be Mailed outside the United States?

Yes we ship items to address outside the United States. If for any reason we were unable to do so we shall notify the Client.

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

In stock items or ready made items we grant Store Credit or exchange for the Same or Substitute item in the store, upon return of the goods if item is returned within 7 days from Shipment date in Original Condition with tags, unworn, and not damaged.

Clearance items are non refundable but can be exchanged for another item in Stock within 7 days from Shipment date, in Original condition, unworn and undamaged.

Final Sales or Special Clearance items are not refundable, no Cash refunds, no Store Credit, and no exchange, items are sold as it is final Sales.
Our Custom made Products are non exchangeable and not refundable, Custom Orders are made to fit, the Customer Provides her Precise measurement all sales are final.

Some of Our Jewelry are sold as a set which includes all or some Bracelet, Bangles, Pendant and Ring, the Rings comes in one Size only, depending on the Particular design some of the rings in the set is adjustable and Some are not and we cannot Change these items for another ring because they all come as a Set in one Size and so should be Sold as a set irrespective of the Sizes, except the Customer wants to exchange the entire set for another then the Client will have to follow the return policy as explained in this Policy .

Before return of an item authorization is required from maysfashionstore(MFS) through e-mail sent to feedback@maysfashionstore.com Customer can also call On the phone, Telephone 410-484-3182 Customer Service will Confirm receiving the e-mail Sent, message can be left on the phone if the sales Rep is with another Client on the Phone.

Packages Should be returned through insured and prepaid usps, ups or fedex for your protection and to ensure Prompt delivery. Return shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Yes we do only on the specified attire buba and iro (Long sleeve blouse and wrap skirt ) and BooBoo (loose gown) this can be shipped via the usps or ups express shipping.

What are the services you provide?

We Sell Fabrics in yards for the Clients to buy and sew or send to their tailor so they can design according to their own Style. We Carry variety of fabrics ranging from Lace, Asoke, Kente, Wax print, western designed ready made clothing for both sexes adult and Children included, jewelry, head tie, Hats, Shoe and Bag set evening bag, and also religious items.
